At first I was like 'Oh, Jesus, not another -- just not another -- f*cking TODO app'.
I then read further here. And here. And then here.
And it seems these guys are up to something. It is not just an ordinary TODO app. It is the next natural step towards how the interface for mobile apps should work.
Buttons are basically inherited with almost no change from desktop (OK, OK, I know, they have been made bigger to be finger-friendly).
And the brave new world is no longer point and click, it is swipe and pinch, make a gesture. Yes, in the desktop space as well.
I see this will become a fashion trend in apps UI in the not-so-distant future. Clear will be copied a lot.
It's important what you do. But it is at least as equally as important how you do it.
